Reviewers Needed!

Okay guys, normally I go hunting for reviewers, but at the moment, I'm really short on time so I'm going to put this out there.

I NEED reviewers for:
Widow of Papina

Quest for a Popstar
(Reality Romance #1)
(Cover and links still to come)
Blurb:
I haven’t done much performing, not since high school. Yet here I am, backstage, waiting for my turn to audition.
I’m excited, I’m nervous, and after witnessing the talent of the Murphy family that performs before me, I almost throw in the towel. But I don’t. I walk out on that stage, and what happens next is something I never could have predicted.
The events that follow all fall like well lined-up dominoes. My life, my world, everything changes. Suddenly success is overshadowed by exploitation, loyalty wrecked with betrayal, and trust gets slaughtered by life changing secrets.
Oh, and then there’s Lucas, the guy—of course there’s a guy—who might end up being the deciding factor on whether walking out on that stage would end up being the best decision of my life…
…or the worst.

Dwarves of Calcus (Fairytale Galaxy #3)
(Cover still to come)

Please only offer if you will post on Goodreads and later Amazon when they go live (Widow of Papina is already live FYI) I have electronic ARCs, no paperbacks.

If you are interested, please contact me at katiejteller@gmail.com
Feel free to pass this on to anyone who would be interested.

Cover Reveal for My Book: Myths of Mish (Fairytale Galaxy Chronicles #2)

With Son of a Pitch in full swing, I completely neglected to set up a post for my own cover reveal! I'm such a dorkus ha ha!

But, here it is! I'm excited for the release on March 28th!

Myths of Mish (Fairytale Galaxy Chronicles #2)
Upper YA Space Opera
Release: March 28, 2017
Curiosity Quills Press

Blurb:
Hansel and Gretel Herrscher survived the witch in the woods, but the experience has made Hansel paranoid for the past ten years. He sees dark magic at every turn. When Gretel has a marriage arranged to a much older man, and Hansel discovers he's about to be sent halfway across the galaxy, he knows something sinister is afoot.

Wilhelmine Nordon has plenty of experience with Hansel's quirkier side. So when she catches him and Gretel running away in the middle of the night, she follows to keep them from getting killed. The siblings have never left the capital of Mish on their own, so they need a babysitter. Except when she's discovered, Hansel gives her his usual cold shoulder, and Gretel secretly begs her to take them back.

The problem is, Hansel's paranoia turns out to be well founded, and they're all being hunted.

RELEASE of my novel Princess of Tyrone!

Today Princess of Tyrone goes out into the world. It's a significant book because not only is it the first of seven books in a series, but it's also my tenth book release.

See what people are already saying about it (Goodreads):

"Hamstead hit it out of the park with this one, much like her Kiya series" ~ Jessa Russo

"I would say this is one of my favorite retellings so far, and it was a fun read that had me smiling throughout at the characters and their relationships!" ~ Kristen Burns

Grab your copy today on Amazon, and swing by the Facebook party for giveaways and games. Then go ahead and follow the blog tour with YA Bound which also has a tour giveaway. Lots of giveaways!

Apolline is happy hunting magical creatures on her pirate infested outer-perimeter planet. She is a fantastic shot, and doesn’t flinch at the blood and guts of her kills. Never once did she consider she could be the missing Princess of Tyrone.

All her life, she has heard the story of the Princess, cursed to sleep for eternity, unless her betrothed, the Prince of Oran, gave her true love’s kiss. Although Apolline knows she is betrothed, she thinks her fairy guardians arranged it out of ignorance of human ways. The thought she could be a princess is inconceivable.

Then Allard appears. Handsome, charming—but he’s not hers to have. He’s betrothed, too. Her guardians warn her against her new found friendship, but she and Allard meet in secret anyway. Despite her rough exterior, he sees beyond her gun-slinging bravado, and their love blossoms.

But the deadline for the sleeping curse is approaching. If Apolline falls in love with the wrong person, she could end up sleeping forever.

A quirky, adventurous retelling of Sleeping Beauty, with a less than princess-ly princess!

Book 2 of my Fairytale Galaxy Series is Officially Signed!

You heard it here, folks! With Book 1, Princess of Tyrone, mere weeks from release, Book 2, Myths of Mish has begun its journey down the road to publication, having signed on with Curiosity Quills Press. The goal is to have the books release a year apart, so hopefully you will get to read this baby in March 2017.

With no further ado, here's a short description:

Hansel and Gretel Herrscher survived the witch in the woods, but the experience made Hansel paranoid for the past ten years. He sees dark magic at every turn, and when Gretel has a marriage arranged to a much older man, and Hansel discovers he's about to be sent halfway across the galaxy, he knows something sinister is afoot.
Wilhelmine Nordon has plenty of experience with Hansel's quirkier side. So when she catches him and Gretel running away in the middle of the night, she follows to keep them from getting killed. The problem is, Hansel's paranoia turns out to be well founded, and they're all being hunted.
Yay! This is Hansel and Gretel meets.... well, you'll just have to wait and see! If you've been following along, you will know that, along with being fairy tale retellings, this series uses the seven deadly sins, one for each book. With Princess of Tyrone focusing on Wrath, Myths of Mish has... Gluttony! I wonder if that's a nice little teaser for you to ponder over for the next 12 months or so.

Anyway! I'm excited to keep this journey rolling and hope you follow along with me with these fab characters.

Writer's Block

As you may or may not know, I've been working on a seven book series I call The Fairytale Galaxy Chronicles. These books are mostly stand alone novels, loosely based from Grimm fairy tales, and set in a futuristic galaxy that's abundant with magic, but they are also intertwined. They follow two main families, and three fairies that are connected to those families. I have the whole series mapped out, I know where each book is going, and what needs to be dropped where for later books to build to the conclusion.
It's a massive effort, bigger than anything I've ever done before, the problem is... I have writer's block. I can't get my head into the space for long enough to focus. I guess that's part of the deal you make when you have kids. But it's a little frustrating. I have book 1 written, book 2 is complete and I've been working on and off to touch it up, book 4 is a completed first draft, and the rest are in various stages of the drafting process.
Currently, I'm trying to knuckle down and write book 3. Snow and the dwarves are very lively, but I can't seem to get a solid block of time to punch them out on my computer. This leas to me not being able to focus enough to write a solid scene or develop it to the strength I expect from myself. It's extremely frustrating.
So, I've been writing fluff on the side. Yup, fluffy, sappy, romances without much more than lovie dovie-ness. It's not my best work, but it keeps me writing until I can finally get a laptop I can unplug from the wall so I can hide in a quiet place and go into a bubble. Also, I need to convince my hubby to take our four year old on a long daddy-daughter date.

Good Times!

***Book One of the Fairytale Galaxy Chronicles will be available soon!***

My New Book Deal - The Princess of Tyrone

New Book Deal: The Princess of Tyrone has signed with Curiosity Quills Press. The Princess of Tyrone is the first of seven books in the FairyTale Chronicles, based in a magical and technologically advanced galaxy.

The query -
Apolline is happy hunting magical creatures on her pirate infested outer-perimeter planet.

So yes, a fairytale retelling. All them them are loosely based ion fairytales, thus the name of the series. Some follow the fairytales closer than others. But they're all fun, adventurous and with great heroes and Heroines. Princess of Tyrone was originally a stand alone novel I wrote when I was eighteen/nineteen ish, but recently, I wanted to expand the world and use it to develop a deeper string of plots.

I'm excited to get this endeavor up and running. The whole series is already well under way and planned out... and half written lol!

I hope you all enjoy, and I'll keep you up to date with this crazy, fun read: The Princess of Tyrone.
